Wellness Policy Update

We want everyone to have a fun and safe convention this summer, and with that in mind we’d like to share our updated health & wellness policy.

These are the practices we will have in place for this year:

• Masks will be optional. For maximum protection it is still a good practice to wear one in all public spaces when not actively eating or drinking. Check the CDC website for recommendations and considerations on masks.

• Hand washing is encouraged.

• Hand sanitizer will be available at the convention center.

Please stay home if you are not feeling well. We encourage you to act in your own best interest, following our code of conduct as we cannot guarantee safety from exposure to any illness while attending the convention. You can read more about our policy here: www.kantcon.com/health-wellness.

We also want to remind everyone about the nearby hotel discounts we have available if you reserve your room in advance (time is running out!). The Sheraton Overland Park Hotel at the convention center has rooms for $181/night (not including taxes and fees) and the Courtyard Kansas City Overland Park hotel (a short stroll from the convention center) has rooms for $122/night (not including taxes and fees).
