Last Minute Notices

KantCon 2023 is less than a week away and we cannot wait to see you all! We are busy at work to ensure that you all have the best convention possible.

As you make your final preparations, we wanted to give you a few things to consider:

Concessions: The concession stand will be open starting at 9am each day of the convention with quick grab and go options. Hot meal services will run from 10:30am until around 7pm Friday/Saturday and 5pm on Sunday. Unfortunately, there won’t be Pho again this year.
Event Sign-Up: Online event sign-ups are now closed. If you missed out, no need to worry. Event sign-ups will still be available during the convention. Look for the big booth in the middle of the convention hall!
Convention Book: Our Convention book is now available at the following link. We will also have QR codes to this available at the registration desk: https://www.kantcon.com/convention-book
Volunteers: Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to help us at the convention! We still have a few slots left, specifically all-day Friday and Saturday evening. If you’re able, we would really appreciate the help! You can also get a free badge for the day you volunteer, along with some extra perks listed at the link. Harvester’s: We will be taking donations for Harvester’s, which is a local charity that helps provide food to people in need. There will be bins at the convention, or you can donate financially at the following link. There’s also a list of needed items to help guide you on donations!

Game Garage Sale: Are you looking to refresh your board game collection? Consider taking part in our Game Garage Sale, which will take place throughout the convention. You can drop off games of yours to sell, and then stop by the sale later and purchase some new additions for your collection! In order to sell your own games, follow the directions at this link: https://www.kantcon.com/special-events Note that if you want to pre-register your games for sale, the deadline for that is today, July 10th!
